absolutely disapointing! the bathroom was a disaster, no toilet paper allowed. plus, the shower was a clunky mess, not even a spray! and where’s the welcome gift for someone like me? should've gotten an upgrade. was there even a couch in the living area? No air conditioning in the room!!! It needs better communication for emergencies—someone should be available to address concerns promptly!!! Also, the cleaner's limited English may not cater to everyone’s needs!!!

My stay was fantastic with clean, comfortable accommodations and a central spot that made walking to various attractions a breeze, especially going for a nice stroll to the nearby Mount Pleasant Park or indulging in delicious pastries from Batard Bakery just a few steps away. while the bathroom situation could use improvement, it didn't overshadow my overall positive experience.
